Devaraj Shiv lives in Jacksonville and works as a Risk Analyst in the finance industry, with over 20 years of experience in systems and risk analysis.

He is known for coordinating complex work, mentoring team members, and creating a positive team environment through organized planning and team-building initiatives. One impact he’s proud of is supporting new teammates during challenging transitions and helping them find their footing and succeed.

Devaraj volunteers with SaviKannada to give back and help the next generation stay connected to Kannada culture and language.

He lives in Jacksonville with his wife Bharati, who works in the payroll department at Duval County Public Schools, and their daughter, who is currently pursuing Health Sciences at the University of Central Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys tinkering and repairing things.
