My Story
Rakshitha holds an MBA in Human Resources and brings 18+ years of experience leading global teams and building people-centered systems. She is a Jay Shetty–certified Global & Self-Leadership Coach, an entrepreneur, and a partner at a corporate coaching firm, integrating culture and community into everything she builds.
Her grounding in Kannada cultural arts began early through years of theatre training at Bimba under its founder, A. S. Murthy — popularly known as “Akashavani Eranna” — and MD Pallavi. She also serves on the working committee of the ICS (Indian Cultural Society), Jacksonville.
Deeply rooted in her Kannada identity, she creates spaces for women through self-leadership workshops and started Jacksonville Baadoota — gatherings that keep language, food, and conversation alive.
She lives in Jacksonville with her husband, Patrick Brutsche Gowda, Senior Vice President and CHRO in the Global Outsourcing industry, and their children, Riawnya and Lumi. Outside of work, she enjoys hosting, designing cultural segments, staying active, traveling between India and the U.S., and intentionally taking solo trips.
