Dr. Prabhu Gubbi earned his PhD in Materials Engineering through Auburn University / Oak Ridge National Laboratory and brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry, with expertise in biomaterials for implantable devices and European regulatory systems.

He has initiated collaborative investment groups, including one in Jacksonville, and has been associated with Nandi Kannada Koota of South Florida and ICS Jacksonville as a Youth Mentor.

A Kannadiga at heart, he values Karnataka’s language, literature, and music, especially Vachanasahitya and Daasasahitya.

He lives in Jacksonville with his wife Sushmitha a research physician / Director at local hospital,their daughter is in college pursuing dual Medical and Law degree. He  enjoys music, singing, and playing  poker.
